A single focused conversation on a specific situation, decision, or challenge. You come with an agenda. I come prepared to engage with it directly.
This is the right starting point when you need an outside perspective on something specific. Technology stack assessment, process alignment questions, a decision you are working through, a situation where 45 minutes with someone who has done this work changes how you are thinking about it.
Payment is collected at booking. A written agenda is required at least three business days in advance.
Advisory Call clients who move into a Tier 2 or Tier 3 engagement within six months receive a credit toward that engagement.
Tier 2 Focused Advisory Engagement
$2,500 / up to three calls / 30 days
A structured engagement built around a defined challenge or initiative. Three calls over 30 days, with a closing summary delivered at the end.
This works well when a single conversation is not enough but a long-term retainer is more than the situation requires. Sustained engagement on one focused area, with time between calls to act on what surfaces.
A five-business-day extension is available if the work needs additional time to close out properly.
Tier 3 On-Demand Advisory Retainer
$3,995 per month / three-month minimum / six-month maximum
An ongoing advisory relationship for situations that require sustained engagement over time. Up to five calls per month, a monthly summary, and a comprehensive engagement document at the conclusion.
This is the right structure when the work is complex enough that continuity matters, when decisions are coming fast, or when you need a consistent outside voice available as things move forward.
One call rolls over per month if not used.
